It was mixed reactions on Monday August 15, 2022 as staff poured encomiums on the Director Procurement, Mrs Yetunde Haastrup who bowed out of active service at the attainment of sixty years.
Staff converged at the Bukhari Bello Auditorium to celebrate one of the finest Directors who had served the Commission in different capacities.
The Executive Secretary Tony Ojukwu who was represented at the event by the Director, Economic, Social Cultural Rights Musa Salihu, stated that the commission will greatly miss the valuable services and presence of Mrs Haastrup, who he said, is an asset to the Commission.
Other Directors and staff took turn to bid the celebrant farewell and offered prayers and best wishes as she embarks on the next phase of her life.
The celebrant, Mrs Haastrup appreciated staff for their efforts in sending her forth and promised to still keep in touch.
Gifts were presented to the celebrant as a token of love, appreciation and solidarity.
