Charity they says begins at home, so goes the popular adage, as the rate of multiple impacts been created by the current Honorable Federal Commissioner, National Commission for Refugees, and Internally Displaced Person’s NCFRMI, Hajiya Imaan-Suleiman Ibrahim, not only in the private, public service and politics, but innate instincts that had been her source of success from childhood.
From her school age as a bany, her unique performances both at the elementary schools to the university level that led to her graduation at a tender age of 21, might not be connected with her high profile family background, but gifted disposition.
Therefore, her continuous successes recorded both in the private , politics and public office might not be unconnected with her zeal to achieve greater things in life at any giving opportunities, that may be endless in the course of her life sojourn.
With her current status as Honourable Federal Commissioner, National Commission for Refugees Migrants and Internally Displaced Person’s NCFRMI from National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking In Person’s NAPTIP, less than one year after her appointment by President Muhammadu Buhari.
Her repositioning zeal ,drive to achieve brisk results and enabling environment for major reforms at NAPTIP as a humanitarian agency, prompted the federal government to reconsider it’s stance for a more committed and patriotic national assignment to NCFRMI.
Her repositioning strategies that was already paying up both at NAPTIP and NCFRMI simultaneously even after exiting from the later, was already been recognize by prominent private and government establishments and honored subsequently in recent times.
Not to talk ot her private life sojourn after schools, that had transformed and touched many lives through her philantrophy, engagements, empowerment and charity deploying her CSR template and wealth of experience
The brief journey into the political space of Nigeria in the current dispensation when he gunned to represent her federal constituency in Nassarawa state, still left those in the winning group gasping from her popularity, mobilisation skills, political wizardry, and her drive to achieve results that had exposed her both political , economic and social potentials beyond the shores of Nigeria.
Her political tentacles became widespread, general acceptability beyond regional level of the North Central state, to the entire country, having played a leading roles during the maiden APC women conference held in Abuja, as well as outside the shores of the country.
Combining her astute administrator with political exposures, Imaan Suleiman – Ibrahim had won the heart of political stakeholders in APC and also set to be deeply involved in several “think tank” committee across the country towards the victory of APC in the forthcoming 2023 general elections.
From the numerous awards received by the Honourable Federal Commissioner since her assumption of office officially and unofficially to the glare of the general public, the recent one from one of the National Daily Newspaper (Blueprint) and recognition had portrayed a high ladder of service to humanity just a year at the mantle of leadership in NCFRMI.
The award doled out purely on merit by the leading watch dogs of the society, a National Newspaper was another vote of confidence passed not only the Honourable Federal Commissioner, but government and people of Nigeria for the recommendation of high calibre of distinct administrator , technocrat, political bulldozer of our time discovered in the current dispensation of President Muhammadu Buhari , in person of Hajiya Imaan-Suleiman Ibrahim.
The positive development and achievements of the head of Refugees Commission in the area of management of person’s of concern POC’s, IDPs, Returnees, Asylum seekers among many others was a major breakthrough of new commission.
She had laid down a solid foundation not only in Refugees Commission,but government parastatals , departments and agencies in Nigeria for replication.
In a larger perspective and without contradictions, the likes of Imaan Suleiman-Ibrahim from their achievements and track records of activities is already prepared to handle ministerial appointments among many Others in the next dispensation.
For Hajiya Imaan-Suleiman Ibrahim, the good old days in Refugees Commission will remain ceaseless among many other future occurrences and next line of action.
