Pastor Kayode Aliyu named Rector of New Bible College as C&S Church unveils leadership changes

The Cherubim and Seraphim Movement Church, Dakibiyu District, Kubwa Branch widely known as The Peculiar People has appointed Pastor Samson Kayode Aliyu as the pioneer Rector of its newly established Christian Heritage International Bible College.

The announcement was made on Sunday, June 1, 2025, during the church’s General Assembly by the Senior Pastor, Special Apostle Alex Ogundipe.

Pastor Aliyu, who also serves as the Shepherd-in-Charge of the Gwarimpa branch of the church, expressed gratitude for the appointment, describing it as a divine assignment. “This is not just an academic initiative; it’s a spiritual mandate,” he said, encouraging members and Christians from all denominations to prepare for enrollment.

The Christian Heritage International Bible College is set to begin operations in September 2025, offering two foundational theological programmes: a Certificate in Theology (six months) and a Diploma in Theology (twelve months).

In a related development, the church also announced Pastor Jumoke Dele Raji as the new Head Teacher and Administrator of Pesach International Academy, following the dissolution of the former management committee led by Pastor Aliyu.

To strengthen institutional governance, the church constituted a new advisory body comprising respected figures, including Dr. Adedeji Ademefun, Apostle Oluwaseun Sodipe, Apostle Abiodun Oguntokun, and Dr. Funto Babarinde, to guide the college’s vision and development.

The church’s leadership reiterated its commitment to nurturing spiritual growth and academic excellence within the body of Christ.
