The 1996 Set of Anglican Grammar School, Ogbomoso, has congratulated one of its distinguished members, Dr. Saheed Adetunbi Ige, on his recent appointment as a member of the Governing Council of the Oyo State College of Agriculture and Technology (OYSCATECH), Igbo-Ora.
In a statement signed by the President of the association, Mr. Olakunle Oladeji, the group described Dr. Ige, popularly known as Olubadan, as a man of excellence, humility, and dedication to public service.
Dr. Ige is a respected academic and lecturer in the Department of Agricultural Economics and Extension at Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomoso. His appointment, according to the alumni group, is a well-deserved recognition of his unwavering commitment to education and national development.
“As proud alumni of Anglican Grammar School, Ogbomoso, 1996 Set, we celebrate this milestone with great joy. Dr. Ige’s appointment is not only a personal achievement but also an inspiration to us all. We are confident that he will contribute meaningfully to the progress of OYSCATECH through sound leadership and innovative thinking,” the statement read.
The association prayed for divine guidance and continued success for Dr. Ige in his new role and beyond.
