The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) has expanded its service delivery network with the commissioning of a new office at Tafawa Balewa Square (TBS), Lagos, aimed at bringing business registration and compliance services closer to entrepreneurs and small business owners.
The new office was inaugurated on Monday by the Registrar-General and Chief Executive Officer of the Commission, Hussaini Ishaq Magaji, as part of efforts to strengthen access to corporate services and support the Federal Government’s ease of doing business agenda.
According to the Commission, the TBS office is strategically located to accelerate the formalisation of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in line with the economic reform policies of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration.
The office is fully equipped to provide a wide range of services, including business name and company registration, filing of annual returns, and other post-incorporation compliance services. The Commission said the facility would enable entrepreneurs to access its services more quickly, conveniently, and efficiently.
CAC noted that the expansion underscored its commitment to improving service delivery, encouraging regulatory compliance, and fostering an enabling environment for businesses to thrive.
The Commission reaffirmed its resolve to continue extending its presence across the country to ensure that quality corporate services remain accessible to all Nigerians, particularly owners of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises seeking to formalise and grow their businesses.
