The Chairman, Nigerian Governors’ Forum (NGF) and Governor of Ekiti State Kayode Fayemi said there was a need to explore other avenues side-by-side with the efforts of the security agents to combat the insecurity in the country.
Governor Fayemi disclosed this when he led a delegation of the NGF on a solidarity visit to commiserate with their colleague and the people of Niger State over the rising cases of banditry in the State.
Governor Abubakar Sani Bello who said their visit was a morale booster to him aligned with the position of his colleagues to seek other means of resolving the security challenges in the country.
