NIM applauds CAC Reforms ,Service Delivery

The Nigeria Institute of Management has joined other Nigerians to commend the reform initiatives of the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
The NIM President and Chairman of Council, Mrs. Christiana Atako, stated this during a courtesy call on the Registrar General/CEO Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Alhaji Garba Abubakar, today in Abuja.
Christiana Atako said Alhaji Garba Abubukar-led CAC was providing excellent registration, supervision, and regulation services that will positively impact Nigeria’s business environment.
Atako therefore said that the NIM was desirous of collaborating with the CAC, especially in the areas of capacity building, consultancy, re-engineering, human capital development, and strategic training management, amongst others.
While proposing to organize tailor-made training for CAC staff, conduct promotion examinations, and conduct retirement trainings, among others, the NIM president commended what she called the friendly attitude of staff and the air of professional management excellence in action at the Commission.
Responding, the Registrar General/CEO CAC, Alhaji Garba Abubakar, expressed delight over the institute’s visit and applauded its modest efforts in improving the commission’s services.
Garba Abubakar, who recalled that prior to 2020, the Commission had a semi-automated system, stressed that the Commission was now fully automated, thereby making company registration seamless and easily accessible to both accredited customers and the general public.
He therefore welcomed the idea of partnering with the NIM by participating in their training programs, among others.
