Governor of The State of Osun, Adegboyega Oyetola, has congratulated a former Commissioner for Education and stalwart of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the State, Dr. Ademola Onifade who turned 70 today, 21 February, 2021.
Oyetola’s congratulatory message was contained in a statement issued in Osogbo on Sunday by his Chief Press Secretary, Ismail Omipidan.
Omipidan said the Governor joined family members, friends and associates of Dr.Onifade to felicitate him and thank God for His blessings and grace on him, as he joined the League of Septuagenarian.
Governor Oyetola recalled with delight that the Igbajo-born politician and administrator offered selfless and meritorious service to the State when he served as the Commissioner for Education during the administration of Governor Adebisi Akande.
He added that the people of Osun would always appreciate his service and contributions to the development of the State.
Oyetola prayed God Almighty to grant Dr. Onifade longer life, more strength and wisdom to continue serving Osun, Nigeria and humanity.
