The General Manager of Transcorp Hilton Abuja, Martin Zarybnicky, has reaffirmed the hotel’s commitment to hospitality excellence and guest satisfaction in line with global standards.
Zarybnicky made this known during the 2027 Press Week Lecture and Awards Ceremony organised by the Nigeria Union of Journalists FCT Council in Abuja.
Represented by the hotel’s Communications and Marketing Manager, Ijeoma Cassandra Osuji, the General Manager said the hotel remained a leading destination for conferences, meetings, events, and leisure stays in Nigeria.

Zarybnicky congratulated the NUJ FCT Council on the successful hosting of the 2027 Press Week and described the event theme, “Election: Defending Democracy in the Era of Disinformation,” as timely and significant.
He noted that the media plays a critical role in safeguarding truth, accountability, and democratic values, especially in an era of rapidly spreading information.
“In an age where information travels faster than ever, the role of the media as custodians of truth, accountability and democratic values cannot be overstated,” he stated.
The hotel manager commended the NUJ FCT Council for creating a platform that promotes professionalism and celebrates excellence in journalism.
