The Osun State Commissioner of Police, CP Undie J. Adie has assured residents of Osun State, that the Police Command has put all necessary security measures in place to ensure peaceful yuletide celebration and co-existence.
In view of the assurance, the CP Undie J.Adie has directed all heads of Police formations in the state to intensify security coverage to the nooks and crannies of the state.
While assuring the citizens of Police commitment to guarantee crime free Christmas and New Year festivities, the CP enjoined members of the public to be security conscious and go about their legitimate activities and businesses without fear of insecurity.
Meanwhile, the officers and men of Nigeria Police have been lectured, sensitized and tasked to comport themselves to be courteous, civil, observe healthy human rights and act in accordance with international best practices.
