The Senator representing Taraba Central Senatorial District, Haruna Manu on Friday began the distribution of rice and other essentials as he felicitated with Christians in Taraba State.
The Christmas social interventions delegation led by Hon. Bala Baba Bali,on behalf of the lawmaker,started the distribution of food items from Dakka district which consist of 4 wards,Gang Mata, Gang Dole, Gang Lari and Gang Tiba in Bali LGA.
The Christmas social interventions was coming barely 48hours after the Senator who is also a former Deputy Governor of Taraba state had sent giant size transformers for installation in his constituency.
The giant transformers were personal contributions by Senator Manu as he strongly believed that on no account should those he is representing in National Assembly suffer unnecessary power outage.
Senator Manu who is Deputy Chairman Senate Committee on Procurement and Local and Foreign Debts has outlined various developmental projects that will be showcased in the new year.
Solar panels and other accessories were equally supplied and installed earlier in the month of December.
