The Coordinator of Baynakum training course who also doubled as the Coordinator of Singledom, the duo is a wing of Baynakum Family Counseling Centre, Abuja. Abdurasaq Olayode aka philosopher King, a marriage counselor, mind discovery coach and a TV/ Radio personality has said the future of work was getting interesting and challenging, as human being has to dig it out with machine, and the struggle is now between human being and machine.
Abdurasaq stated this in an interview with our crew when he was asked about the relevance of the marriage counseling and life coach to humanity at the 5th induction of the marriage Counseling Training course on Sunday July 19, 2020 at the main auditorium of Sunrise International School, Asokoro-Abuja.
Abdurasaq claimed that marriage counseling course was a soft skills that humanity needed in today’s world.
He says ” if you want to excel in today’s world , you have to do what machine cannot do and what machines cannot do are those soft skills which marriage counseling, life coach and mentoring is part”.
This course he stated, was important for individuals,as a family and for the society as a whole and he urged everyone to key into the skill whether for personal self or as a career.
Baynakum wing of marriage counseling training course is aimed at counseling couples, singles, widows, widower and single mothers to become marriage counselors and life coaches in their different fields of life endeavor with Certifications.
The wing started in 2018 as an idea by its Director General Ustaz Dr. Abdulfattah Adeyemi in 2018 to focus on counselling, coaching and mentorship with the core aim of making marriages work.
In his remarks the Director-General of the centre,Dr.Adeyemi advised the graduands and also gave tips in actualizing their skills.
So far so good, Baynakum Family Counseling Centre have graduated 72 marriage counselors and life coaches in the last two years.
