The Ambassador Summit Group, the Nigerian social enterprise arm of the global award winning organization known as Amborion Media Global, has invited Special Adviser on Media and Publicity to President Muhammadu Buhari, Mr Femi Adesina, as its Patron.
The group, made of passionate young Nigerians with highly inspiring story and a mission to empower Africans out of the unemployment and poverty line, was represented by a five-man team, which visited the State House, Abuja, to present a plaque and request letter to Adesina. They were: Prince Joshua Oyeniyi, Chaplain Mark Olubena, Adedamola Adesola, Ifeoluwa Johnson, and Olalekan Akande.
The Summit, which launched in 2014, is in its fifth year, and has attracted close to 10,000 participants drawn from all parts of Nigeria., including students, business people and career professionals.
Adesina was described as “an example, a light, a mentor, and a role model to lots of positively-energized Nigerians,” and he is expected to provide strategic advice to the group, on its annual mission of raising leaders and Ambassadors across Nigeria and Africa.
The presidential adviser said he was delighted to accept the invitation to serve as Patron, and hoped he would live up to the responsibilities expected of him.
